Keeping up with the youth-oriented world of the Internet is something T&S Web Design owner Tim Priebe knows too well. The Internet draws a unique group of designers and programmers with the mean age of around 25, often leaving little room for the consideration or execution of business skills. That is where Tim plays to his strengths.
A published author and programming guru, Tim has spent many years in the business world and brings that experience to the team on a daily basis. His understanding of business and operations coupled with a God-given skill for customer service allows Tim to lead a team full of talented, enthusiastic web developers. His skills help him guide and teach his team; creating a culture of amazing design coupled with business wisdom. In other words, the sites look amazing and actually drive business for his clients.
Tim, originally from Garland, TX, is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University with a degree in Computer Science. Having spent years with organizations like the Department of Environmental Quality, AOL, Advanced Academics and Oklahoma Bar Association, Tim honed both his web-based, computer programming skills and his unique sense of how business operations function when moved to the web.
Tim's vision for T&S Web Design centers on his passion for small business. His goal is to create websites that generate revenue for clients at a cost that is manageable for the small business entity. For Tim, small business is the growth market for Oklahoma. He finds his penchant for providing very hands-on customer service to be most appreciated by other small business owners and their staffs. This type of relationship is most fulfilling to Tim who envisions his company growing while remaining a family oriented business. He enjoys creating a site that adds value to a small business, helping that business grow and prosper.
Tim is also an accomplished and regularly scheduled speaker. His topics include social networking, blogging and other web related content.
Tim and his wife, Leann, have two boys - ages 7 and 5. He enjoys fiction writing, however, his non-fiction book is the one that he chose to publish. His book, Webifiable which helps you plan, create and maintain a website, can be purchased through Amazon.com.
They say that every great man has a great woman behind him. That is certainly true in the case of T&S Web Design. Leann Priebe is the backbone of this agile web firm. As the co-owner of T&S Web Design and wife of Tim Priebe, Leann wears all the business administration hats for the company along with a few other hats as necessary.
Leann's degree from Oklahoma Christian University is in Business Administration and while she finds herself pitching in at all activity levels of the organization, she most enjoys developing an understanding of the various clients and their unique business situations. Clients can be certain that Leann keeps a diligent eye on all services and billing provided to them and is concerned about the value they are receiving from the organization. She takes this portion of her job very seriously.
Leann's key strength is patience and she lends this character trait to the organization on a daily basis. Growth firms often get stressed and unfocused but Leann quietly keeps the group alert by setting corporate goals and tracking results.
T&S Web Design often comes into a relationship with a client after another web designer has left that client in dire straits or provided poor service. Because of T&S Web Design's flexibility, they can take a client from where they currently are, to where they want and need to be. This approach to client care has allowed Leann to be an integral part in solving problems for clients since the beginning. She particularly enjoys seeing a client who is pleased with how T&S Web Design has come to their aid and provided a "remarkable" end result.
Leann is the mother of two boys - ages 7 and 5. She is creative and enjoys having an outlet for that creativity through hobbies and crafts. She is a family person and puts time and energy into her relationships with friends and family.
This Grand Junction, Colorado native is half of the artistic flair behind the T&S Web Design team. As a graphic designer for the team, Emily uses her keen eye for color and dimension along with her photography skills to turn bland "corporate" sites into eye-catching marketing tools.
With a degree in Graphic Design from Oklahoma Christian University, Emily was originally exposed to artistic composition in a high school class. She found that her skills translated well from paper to the computer screen. Her clean approach to graphics and use of white space make her designs "pop"; leading users skillfully through information and interfaces.
Emily enjoys the small, team-centered atmosphere at T&S Web Design. She plays an important role in the collaborative approach used by the firm and enjoys the culture that values her opinions and strengths.
She also provides photographic solutions for clients in need of images for their web sites or their printed materials. She has won several awards for her photographic work and clients benefit from these skills by getting a turn-key web solution for their products and people.
Emily has also spent several years providing logo and print development on a freelance basis. This experience comes in handy for clients wishing to create or re-vamp their company branding.
When she is not in the office, Emily is a star soccer player. In 2008, Emily played soccer for Oklahoma Christian University.
